Come and experience hospitality and entertainment in The Piano Bar & Bistro, where you and your family can enjoy a selection of beverages whilst listening to music and socialising, or relax with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and peruse our selection of newspapers and magazines.

Private Dining

Our residents can enjoy those special occasions by celebrating with their family and friends. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary or a family lunch, indulge yourself and your family and create those special memories together in the private dining room. Pre-booking essential.

Cinema

Our residents can enjoy watching a film, from the classic to more contemporary films, you can even watch your favourite sporting events. We have something for everyone to enjoy, with some popcorn of course!

Ensuite Bedrooms

The Burlington has a range of tastefully decorated bedrooms, many on the ground floor offer a private patio/terrace. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished, while still being spacious and practical to ensure comfort and plenty of storage space. All are equipped with stylish ensuite bathrooms.

Hair & Beauty Salon

The Burlington provides hair, nail and a range of express beauty treatments for our residents to enjoy in the comfort of their own home.

Hobby Room

The home hosts a programme of varied activities and events, led by our Activities & Lifestyle team. Many activities such as arts and crafts, cake decorating and board games take place within the hobby room. Other parts of the home host a range of events and activities, including baking, regular coffee mornings and toddler groups as well as gardening club and film matinees, to name just a few!

Landscaped Gardens

The Burlington’s a central courtyard, features a gazebo and water feature amongst its secure gardens Come and unwind over a drink and enjoy the ambience. We host a range of outdoor gardening clubs, BBQs and other events so you can always enjoy activities in the secure outdoor space.

Guest Always Welcome

At the Burlington we have built an enviable partnership with the local community; we have immersed ourselves in the way of life in Shepperton. We host and participate in a variety of local events with regular visits from local school children, the Jubilee Church community, toddlers’ group and Radio Wey to name but a few.

Residents’ families and friends are welcome to visit when safe to do so and share the unique hospitality and facilities at The Burlington, be it for a family meal in our private dining room or a cup of tea and home-made cake in our Bistro.

Connecting Rooms for Couples

We have interconnecting bedrooms available for couples, each with their own individual ensuite bathrooms. Interconnecting rooms offer peace of mind and comfort for couples while still having the space and privacy when required.

Every aspect of The Burlington care is superb, but I felt moved to write this review following a most enjoyable family birthday gathering in the home’s private dining room. We all were welcomed, fed and served with warmth, expertise and kindness and had a most memorable get-together. An example of the way in which The Burlington respects and cherishes their residents.

Mum was extremely happy at The Burlington for over 4 years. The staff, across all areas, are friendly, efficient and caring, always responded quickly and kept us up to date with any health issues or concerns. We, as her family, always felt very welcome and included especially at special events such as the summer BBQ, resident/family meetings or when using the private dining room for celebrations (or visits during Covid!). The seminars offered about dementia or finance for example were very welcome. The quality of accommodation, staffing levels, food, range and number of entertainment opportunities is exceptional. I cannot recommend The Burlington more highly.

Mum lived at The Burlington for four happy years. During that time the staff were brilliant – friendly and professional – and when visiting we felt very welcomed. Although some staff moved on during that time, there was a core of the team that were long-term employees which gave stability to the care.
A good programme of activities all year round which included residents ‘ families as appropriate. COVID put paid to a lot of the fun for a while but good arrangements were in place to visit when we could. Thanks to everyone for their care and supportive attitude.
