Brampton Manor Shortlisted as Finalist at the Suffolk Care Awards 2024

Brampton Manor is a finalist for the Health and Wellbeing Award at the Suffolk Care Awards 2024, recognising its dedication to enhancing the wellbeing of both residents and team.

Brampton Manor is thrilled to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Health and Wellbeing Award category at the Suffolk Care Awards 2024. This prestigious recognition celebrates the unwavering commitment of Brampton Manor’s team to prioritising the health and wellbeing of both its residents and colleagues.

The Suffolk Care Awards, organised by Care Development East, have become a hallmark event in the region, recognising and celebrating excellence in the social care sector. Now in their seventh year, these awards highlight the outstanding work being done by care providers across Suffolk, showcasing those who go above and beyond in delivering the highest standards of care.

At Brampton Manor, our team’s holistic approach to care is at the heart of everything we do. Central to this philosophy is our Life Enrichment Programme, which has been carefully crafted alongside our residents to meet their diverse needs. The programme is guided by six principles of wellbeing: Connect, Grow, Reflect, Feel, Move, and Learn. Through these principles, residents are offered a wide range of activities designed to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring they lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Our commitment to wellbeing doesn’t stop with our residents; it extends equally to our team. We are proud to have in-house trained Mental Health First Aiders who provide essential support in navigating personal and professional challenges. In addition, our Freedom to Speak Up Guardians play a crucial role in fostering a positive culture where every team member feels heard, valued, and supported.

Akhi Goswami, Home Manager of Brampton Manor, expressed his admiration for the team, saying, “I am incredibly proud of our dedicated team at Brampton Manor. Their passion for enhancing the lives of our residents is inspiring, and their commitment to wellbeing is evident in everything they do. We believe that by prioritising the health and happiness of our residents and team, we create an environment where everyone can thrive.”

Ameet Kotecha, Managing Director of Boutique Care Homes, added, “I couldn’t be prouder of our incredible team at Brampton Manor. Their dedication and passion for providing the best care is truly inspiring, and this recognition is a testament to their hard work.”

The Suffolk Care Awards 2024 will take place on 26th September at Milsoms Kesgrave, where winners will be announced across various categories. Brampton Manor is honoured to be part of this prestigious event and is excited to celebrate the achievements of the entire social care community in Suffolk.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Care Development East for this honour and look forward to the awards night, where we will join our peers in celebrating the exceptional work being done in care homes across the region.
